Weekend Ideas: Next Weekend From BOS

For our BOSTON readers... Here are some trip ideas from LOGAN aiport, leaving May 15th and returning May 18th, all non-stop!  Don't forget that the double elite qualification mile deals now available will make these very valuable trips!

• London: $510 RT / American Airlines, or spend $8 more to get on Virgin (Recommended, but no double miles!)
• Paris: $576 RT/ American Airlines
• Keflavik / Reyjkavik: $465 RT / Icelandair

Which is best?  Depends...  Do you want double AA miles?  If not, how about this nice weekend in Reykjavik:

• RT Air for two: $930
• 2 nights @ Hilton Nordica: $201.00

Rent a car if you want, enjoy a full day bathing in the spectacular Blue Lagoon...  Beats sitting around!  Lets say you spend $750 on a car, eating, shopping, lagoon access.  That is $1881 total, or $940.50 per person.  Not that shabby for 6 days notice. Sure, its cheaper if you stay in Boston, but lets put it into relation to other things...  Tickets to a Sox game?  $100+ each...  food, parking, transportation, money bet on the game.   It all adds up.  Why not have a lifetime experience in the land of fire and ice? Oh, and if 2 days isn't enough, add a 3rd.  Its the same airfare.  Seems the Hilton price may vary, so check listings for better deals.
